I've been doing weekly 1-on-1 personal training sessions and bootcamp sessions with Nicole for 12 weeks now.
And I'm hooked!
I love the camaraderie of the weekly bootcamp sessions, with a great workout and a stunning setting for it.
The PT sessions are next level! Nicole is fantastic, and has helped my immensely in improving my general fitness, weight loss and building core strength!

I honestly cannot recommend Nic and her yoga and boot camp sessions highly enough! She is incredible! Her knowledge is excellent, but her attitude to teaching is really inspiring. She is constantly supportive, encouraging and unbelievably patient, which means you leave every session feeling better about all things. My physical health, but also my wellbeing increase each week and that is all down to her! I took part in her fit, flow, float event today and had the best time. It does not matter what your ability is, as long as you have an open mind and enthusiasm anybody attending any session with Nic will get a great deal out of it.

As multidiscipline athletes it can often be hard to find time to focus relaxing and keeping our bodies stretched and balanced. The sessions that we had were a time to stop in the week and focus on our minds and the health of our bodies. It allowed me to stop and put everything else out of my mind. With even just an hour of this a week I was able to go away with a clear head, ready to put my all into other training sessions without stress. I definitely felt the benefits mentally and physically and will continue to put what I have learnt from Nicole into practice in my sport and other walks of life going forward. She was incredibly kind, patient and easy to learn from progressing the sessions as we improved over the weeks.

I went to an event organised by Nicole, where she combined the energy of bootcamp and yoga topped up with a nourishing treat by the sea! The venue was fabulous, the training was challenging but very enjoyable and the social aspect of connecting with others was also great! I would highly recommend Nicole.
