Introduction
Please read the Terms and Conditions thoroughly before booking. Booking a class with eXhale means you fully
agree and accept the T&C’s. 
 
In these T&C’s, the following definitions apply; 

‘Service’ means any activity offered by or on behalf of eXhale (including but not limited to online (live-

streamed/pre-recorded/on-demand) and in-studio classes, training sessions, workshops, courses,
retreats, events, private / 121 tuition.
ï‚· ‘eXhale,’ ‘we’/ ‘us'/ ‘our’ / means eXhale. And ‘Student’/ ‘you’/your’/ ‘yours’ means you, the direct client.
ï‚· ‘Waiver Form’ means the waiver form accepted by a student electronically prior to booking.
ï‚· ‘Studio’ means any rented eXhale premises.
ï‚· ‘Website’ means www.exhalefitness.co.uk. ‘Online’ refers to any services that are live-streamed virtually
or are recorded and shared digitally on-demand via You-Tube, Zoom or any other electronic means.
 
Fitness and Health
ï‚· By accepting these terms, all clients agree that you are participating in any service in person and/or
online at their own risk. 
ï‚· Should your health situations change, it is your responsibility to keep the instructor informed.
ï‚· Should you have any health issues, it is your responsibility to gain professional sign off from a medical
professional before you take part in the services.
ï‚· eXhale reserves the right to refuse access to you or any customer if we in any way doubt your health
and their ability to safely take part in the classes.
ï‚· By attending classes/courses/workshops you accept the risk of injury from performing any exercises.
eXhale accepts no liability for injury to the customer. By booking, all customers adhere to these full
terms and conditions, which waive eXhale responsibility for physical injury cause by any service.
ï‚· All customers will be asked to agree to the Waiver prior to booking, which outlines these terms and
conditions.
 
Pregnancy
ï‚· Unless in the description, eXhale sessions are not pregnancy specific so you must therefore not attend
a non-pregnancy specific class if you are pregnant. 
ï‚· By accepting these terms, you agree to the following.
ï‚· I acknowledge that I have consulted with my midwife and or doctor prior to participating in any service.
ï‚· I fully understand that I am participating completely voluntarily and accept responsibility for any potential
risks and ramifications of my actions in connection to my participation.
ï‚· I accept all responsibility for my health and any resultant injury or mishap that may affect my and/or my
baby’s well-being or health in any way.
ï‚· I understand that I must practice at my own pace, and only engage in poses/exercises that feel
intuitively right.
ï‚· I hereby release eXhale and its instrucotrs/teachers, from any liability now or in the future. I affirm that I
have read and fully understand the above and have read and accept the full Terms & Conditions.
 
Booking a class/Session
ï‚· eXhale classes are open to everyone (at your own risk). We ask that you only attend a class if you feel
well. If you are unwell, are showing any symptoms of any current communicable disease, or have
recently returned from a country that requires appropriate quarantine, please do not visit eXhale. 
ï‚· All group classes must be pre-booked online via the website www.exhalefitness.co.uk. 
ï‚· All class cancellations must be made within a respectful 24 hours prior to the class starting & a refund
notification will be sent to eXhale to reimburse you.
ï‚· Private sessions are to be booked over the phone or by email.
ï‚· Payment for private sessions are due in advance or as per the agreed terms between the client and the
instructor.
ï‚· Clients are responsible for arriving on time for scheduled sessions. Late arrivals may result in a
shortened session at the discretion of the instructor.

​ Cancellation Policy
ï‚· Clients are allowed to cancel scheduled sessions within a respectful 24 hours prior to the class starting
without incurring any charges. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will result in
full session charges.
ï‚· In the event that an instructor cancels a session due to illness, holiday, or other unforeseen
circumstances, any missed sessions will be rolled over and rescheduled at the convenience of the
client.
Attending a class
ï‚· Please arrive dressed and ready for practice/session
ï‚· For yoga sessions, mats will be available but please bring any props you may need. No props will be
available for use.
ï‚· Before you leave, please clean and sanitise the space around your mat, and your own mat and props.
ï‚· Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner during sessions. Any disruptive
behavior may result in termination of services.
 
Online services Health and Safety
ï‚· For clients participating in any online services, you do so at your own risk, including but not limited to
live stream Zoom classes and any recordings (i.e. YouTube)
ï‚· You take full responsibility for your health and safety, including any injuries.
ï‚· eXhale services are for adults only unless the service is clearly stipulated for young people or families
(for these services, it is the parent/guardian's responsibility to ensure the safe participation of people
under 18. 
ï‚· To avoid activities if you have, or suspect you may have, any current health concerns, injuries, aches
and pains; which affect your mobility or are likely to cause you concern when practicing; including but
not limited to; high blood pressure; low blood pressure/fainting; arthritis; diabetes; epilepsy; heart
problems; asthma; depression; detached retina/other eye problems; recent fractures/sprains; recent
operations; back problems; knee problems; neck problems; recent pregnancies; if you are you pregnant;
or anything else that may affect your ability to participate safely.     
ï‚· Inform the teacher via email if you need any support before you start the session. 
 
 
Data Protection and GDPR
ï‚· eXhale processes personal data lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner.
ï‚· Any personal information such as name/contact will only be used to improve and offer communication
between eXhale and student about but not limited to,
services/facilities/pricing/cancellations/changes/payments/market research. Information will not be
passed on to any third parties.
ï‚· eXhale may keep your information for a reasonable period for these purposes. 
ï‚· If your personal details change, if you change your mind about how you wish to be contacted, or if you
have any queries about how your information is used, please contact eXhale at
exhale.fitness@outlook.com.
ï‚· eXhale collects personal data only for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes.
ï‚· If eXhale discovers that there has been a breach of personal data that poses a risk to the rights of
individuals, it will report it to the Information Commissioner within 72 hours of discovery and will record
all data breaches regardless of their effect.
 
Other
ï‚· eXhale cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings at class or retreats.
ï‚· Photos and videos may be taken during class/retreats that may be used for promotional purposes.
ï‚· Prices shown on page are all in GBP.
ï‚· eXhale reserves the right to move location, time, teacher or weekly availability of class but always
promises to keep students updated through social media, text message or email.
ï‚· Up front purchases of Class passes are not refundable.
ï‚· eXhale reserves the right to review and change the price of services at our sole and absolute discretion. 
ï‚· eXhale reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone arriving after the start of the class to prevent injury
and to be mindful of the teacher and other participants in the class.
